2. Service offering, pricing, contracting.

3. Recruitment of team & Setup of the environment
Each customer has different requirements towards hardware, software, network and security, policies, methodologies, etc. We are flexible in setting up an environment that meets your needs within the agreed time and budget.
Our recruitment team will search for the best available people to man the team. Each person goes through several interviews and is tested on technical skills by us. We then compile a list of valid candidates that you can interview, so you can make the right choice.
4. Training of the team
When a team member is selected, and if so agreed, we give the person the required training either organized by us or by you.
5. Preparation of the customer’s operations for remote team management
Because managing a remote team is different from managing a local team, we can assist our customers to prepare their operational processes and management to deal with remote teams. Assisting customers with no former experience with near-shore outsourcing is usually part of our standard offering.
