Are you looking for a career as:

• junior Project manager

After the necessary training and coaching you will start managing smaller projects to make you familiar with the role and responsibilities of a project manager.
You’ll cover all stages of a mobile network implementation project, from planning through delivery.
You will learn to understand and monitor cost schedules and delivery planning.
Gradually you will be introduced to contractors, 3rd party service suppliers, 3rd party equipment providers and all project teams involved.
Your final aim is to meet customers’ expectations and work towards the highest quality on delivery.
A successful junior project manager will be rewarded with more responsibilities, larger projects and growing career opportunities.

• junior customer solutions engineer

You will be coached by senior solution engineers to learn from their experiences.
A key factor to success is to propose a solution fully covering the customers’ needs.
As a junior you will be trained to understand these needs and translate them into a mobile network solution. You will use your gained knowledge to validate sales proposals on a technical level.
As you grow in this role you’ll be made responsible for material ordering and integration on site.
On location in Africa, you will guide the local project manager and implementation team.
During the full project lifecycle you are trained to provide accurate planning updates to the customer and escalate to higher management when needed.

• junior pre sales engineer (cost & scoping)

Telecom projects involve extensive cost calculations in resources and material.
These cost calculations cover the full Network Implementation service portfolio, which means costs for project management, site acquisition, civil works, site materials and telecom implementation.
Your main responsibility is to determine all possible costs related to network implementation activities for a project or rather opportunity for a project.
You will first receive extensive training to help you understand all related costs and their impact. You will work alongside experienced sales engineers which will help you learn the tricks of the trade.
Once all costs are gathered, you will assist the sales department to make a final offer towards the customer.

Personal Skills & competences:

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent
• born team player
• motivated and eager to evolve and grow in a job
• strong communication skills
• quick learner
• fluent in English and French (spoken and written), Dutch is an asset
• regular business trips to Northern Africa after training period(average 1-2 weeks a month)
