Service Desk Agent

Job Description:

Nonillion is looking for a motivated Service desk agent to reinforce the team of support experts at one of our customers, a global information and communication provider.

As service desk agent you will be responsible for capturing and solving the reported incidents of systems and applications. You will report accordingly, propose solutions and escalate where necessary.

Necessary Qualifications / Experience:

Preferred experience or knowledge in one or more of the following domains:

  • in depth knowledge of user support, help desk or service desk
  • at least 2 years experience in help desk and service desk functions
  • possess excellent customer service skills and flexibility
  • follow guidelines and escalation procedures
  • in depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, …)
  • knowledge of ITIL is an asset (Incident & Problem Management)
  • preferably knowledge of service desk tools (Peregrine, Tivoli, …)

Personal Skills:

  • team player, with excellent administrative skills
  • fluent in Dutch and French (knowledge of English is considered an asset)
  • analytical thinker, problem solver with strong communicative skills
  • eager learner who shows initiative
  • work independent and be stress resistant
